Ford Partners with the State of Michigan

In response to the recent Employee Wide Buyout announcement made by Ford Motor Company - Ford Communication Services, in conjunction with the State of Michigan, is pleased to announce a number of recruiting and communication opportunities to employers of all sizes. 

Ford Motor Company and the State of Michigan are partnering to hold In-Plant "Job Connection" Hiring Events throughout the state that enable employers, recruiters, franchises and schools to reach out to this valuable hourly workforce to educate them on the opportunities that exist in other careers and companies.

These efforts are designed to provide current hourly employees with information about job opportunities that exist outside of Ford, as well as provide them with the necessary resources to help them in their awareness of companies seeking employees.

Job Connections events will include large and small Hiring Events held at plant facilities around the country. With the sole purpose to connect future employers with employees. Attendees will be able to discuss job opportunities, submit resumes and learn more about various jobs and the application process.
