However, success for quality assurance specialists at Menlo is measured by how often software developers ask for your help while they write code and your ability to collaborate with others in an environment of continuous interruptions. Understanding black-box and white-box testing is expected, but your success will be based on your ability to bring together a team and work through a problem together.
