Business Analyst for Information Systems, Data Warehouse Applications and Data Integration

The primary function of an Information Systems Business Analyst at GDI is to lead and coordinate the business aspects of analysis, design and proper specification of a newly created, customized, fully functioning system and/or delivery of the enhanced version of an existing system for the client team.

The primary function of DW Business Analyst is to lead and coordinate the business aspects of analysis, design and proper specification of a key subject area(s) of a data warehouse or data mart.

This person will be part of our IT Consulting Sales team with a primary responsibility that will comprise of sales, business development and client success.
• Develop and close new business within both existing and new clients
• Build and maintain relationships with our current consultants and our alumni network
• Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.
• Regular field visits to customer site – meet with client and consultants to review progress, understand gaps, proactively bridge the gaps and pursue additional business.

Job Requirments:
• Must be highly motivated and have a proven track record in business development working with clients in the IT consulting industry – Tier 1 and Direct Clients.
• Strong experience in understanding and qualifying the client needs to provide a qualified team of consultants to help our clients achieve their business goals.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, flexibility, positive attitude and demonstrated 'ownership' in work.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior IT technical experience or IT consulting background.

Locations:
Ann Arbor, Michigan with some travel

quality assurance specialist
Of course Menlo’s quality assurance specialists test software.  However, success for quality assurance specialists at Menlo is measured by how often software developers ask for your help while they write code and your ability to collaborate with others in an environment of continuous interruptions.  Understanding black-box and white-box testing is expected, but your success will be based on your ability to bring together a team and work through a problem together.
