Chief Development Officer
The Ronald McDonald House of Ann Arbor is seeking a Chief Development Officer (CDO.) This is a leadership position responsible for ensuring along with the Executive Director, Board and staff a viable, varied, innovative and sustainable revenue base to support the growing programs of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Huron Valley. Duties include facilitating the development of a comprehensive development plan, an annual fundraising plan and planning, implementing and sustaining all aspects of capital gift campaigns. The CDO will proactively research and propose new, innovative fundraising opportunities, develop a donor recognition program and lead the migration to a new donor database. The CDO is also responsible for overseeing the annual fundraising, special events and PR/Communications for the Chapter. This position requires demonstrated experience in developing and managing a comprehensive fund development program including major/capital gifts programs. Windows and fundraising software experience required. Salary commensurate with experience.
